Notes

Tall cinquefoil (Drymocallis arguta) is a perennial for meadow and low maintenance plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Stout, sticky-hairy stems grow 2 to 3 feet tall. Pale yellow or creamy white flowers crowd into large clusters that attract bees.

Pairs well with Foxtail barley, Ring of Fire sunflower, and Gro-Low fragrant sumac.
