Notes
'Tecolote Yellow' Persian buttercup (Ranunculus asiaticus 'Tecolote Yellow') is a perennial for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. The flowers open in spring and again in summer, and bees visit them.
Pairs well with Perennial candytuft, Wood forget-me-not, and Snapdragon.
