Notes

Treasure flower (Gazania rigens) is an annual for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. Its cascading mounds stay 6 to 12 inches tall. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms, and the flowers close at night.

Pairs well with Tuscan Blue rosemary, Evergold sedge, and Calamint.
