Notes
'Vaniglia Sanguigno' 1 gallon (Citrus 'Vaniglia Sanguigno') is a tree for the food garden. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. Give it full sun. This blood orange is seedless, with juicy, sweet fruit and reddish-pink flesh. It has low acidity with aromatic hints of vanilla. It needs a winter chill to color the fruit and develop sweetness.
Pairs well with Lemon grass, Karma Choc dahlia, and Apple Blossom amaryllis.
