Notes

'Heritage' raspberry (Rubus idaeus var. strigosus 'Heritage') is a shrub for food gardens, hedges, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its arching growth bears flowers in early to late spring and again in early to late summer, and butterflies, bees, and birds all visit the plant. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Chokeberry, Nasturtium, and Bowl of Beauty peony.
