Notes

'Velvet Night' coral bells (Heuchera 'Velvet Night') is a perennial for borders, containers, shade gardens, and woodland settings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Greenish white flowers appear from early to late summer. They draw butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds.

Pairs well with Halcyon hosta, Christmas fern, and Blue fescue.
