Notes
'Yellow' tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa 'Yellow') is a bulb for containers, borders, and fragrant plantings. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun. Spikes of butter yellow flowers open in early to late summer and again in early to mid autumn. Bees visit the sweet blooms.
Pairs well with Calla lily, Labyrinth dahlia, Sedge, and Papyrus.
