Notes

'Allegiance' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Allegiance') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, containers, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy, clay, or chalky soil. The fragrant flowers draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The plant also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Sunrise coneflower, Elijah Blue blue fescue, and Hardy geranium.
