Notes

'Altruist' daffodil (Narcissus 'Altruist') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The orange flowers open mid-season and fade to a paler orange as they age. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. F.E. Board bred it.

Pairs well with Carnaval De Nice tulip, Blue fescue, and Christmas fern.
