Notes

'Amber Waves' rose (Rosa 'Amber Waves') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant apricot blooms open from early to late summer and attract bees. Keith W. Zary bred it in 1999. The compact plant stays about 35 to 41 inches tall.

Pairs well with Garden phlox, Creeping thyme, and Fountain grass.
