Notes
'American Dream' tickseed (Coreopsis rosea 'American Dream') is a perennial for borders, ground cover, and naturalized plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Yellow centers with rose petals bloom from early to late spring and again from early to late summer. Deer tend to pass it by. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Wild bergamot, Blanket flower, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
