Notes

'American Lakes' daffodil (Narcissus 'American Lakes') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. The fragrant flowers have yellow petals and a pink cup. Bees and butterflies visit them.

Pairs well with Black Hero tulip, Sedge, and Stella de Oro daylily.
