Garden uses

Notes

'Anitra' tulip (Tulipa 'Anitra') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers are cochineal carmine with a white base. They open from early to late spring on stems about 20 inches tall, so they make a good cut flower.

Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Delphinium, and Monsieur Jules Elie peony.
