Notes
'Apotheose' daffodil (Narcissus 'Apotheose') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant yellow flowers have orange centers, and bees and butterflies visit them. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Jan de Graaff bred it.
Pairs well with Queen of Night tulip, Bowl of Beauty peony, Curly Fries hosta, and Blue fescue.
