Notes

Apple mint (Mentha suaveolens) is a perennial for borders, low maintenance beds, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. Pink to white flowers open from early to late summer and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Give it room to spread.

Pairs well with Tickseed, Gladiolus, and Pink Lemonade blueberry.
