Notes

'Arabian Magic' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Arabian Magic') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The fragrant violet-purple blooms have thin silver edges and a green throat, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit them. It is not a favorite of rabbits, though hungry rabbits will eat almost anything. Plants also handle drought and salt.

Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and American Gold Rush black-eyed Susan.
