Notes

'Arcadian Blend Mexican Sunflower' Mexican sunflower (Tithonia rotundifolia 'Arcadian Blend Mexican Sunflower') is an annual for borders, containers, and meadows. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full sun and dry, sandy or loamy soil. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It grows 48 to 84 inches tall and is drought tolerant. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Zinnia, Lanceleaf coreopsis, and Montbretia.
