Notes

Zinnia (Zinnia elegans) is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It is not cold-hardy and will not survive freezing temperatures. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, loamy soil. Its flowers come in yellow, orange, pink, purple, red, and white, and they attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Cut the blooms often to keep new ones coming.

Pairs well with Mexican sunflower, Sensation cosmos, and Hollyhock.
