Notes

'Aspen Cover' rose (Rosa 'Aspen Cover') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant, medium yellow blooms are semi-double and cupped, with ruffled petals and golden stamens. Bees visit the flowers from late spring into early autumn. Pernille Olesen and Mogens Nyegaard Olesen bred it in 1996.

Pairs well with Amsonia, Dense blazing star, and Casa Blanca lily.
