Notes
'Athena' tulip (Tulipa 'Athena') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It bears white blooms from early to late spring on stems about 18 inches tall. Plant the bulbs in groups so the white blooms make a bolder show. Marax Rights B.V. bred it.
Pairs well with Ice Follies daffodil, Angel Cheeks peony, and Little bluestem.
