Notes

'Aztec Priestess' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Aztec Priestess') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The red and orange blooms have a green throat and a sweet scent. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers. Rabbits tend to nibble other plants first.

Pairs well with American Gold Rush black-eyed Susan, Sedge, Phantom panicle hydrangea, and Little Beauty tulip.
