Notes

'Ballerina' crane's-bill (Geranium cinereum 'Ballerina') is a perennial for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Butterflies visit the blooms, which appear in spring, summer, and autumn. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It spreads about 12 to 24 inches, so give it room.

Pairs well with Hummingbird's mint, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Autumn fern.
