Notes
'Ballroom Blitz' gladiolus (Gladiolus 'Ballroom Blitz') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and fragrant summer color. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. Its red flowers have a white midvein on the lower petals. Bees visit the fragrant blooms, and the stems stand about 47 inches tall. A. Snoek bred it.
Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Snapdragon, and Autumn fern.
