Notes

'Bama Bound' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Bama Bound') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, containers, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy, clay, or chalky soil. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the fragrant blooms. It is not a favorite of rabbits, though hungry rabbits will eat almost anything. Once settled in, it tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Butterfly milkweed, Hardy geranium, and Lady's mantle.
