Notes

'Batavia' tulip (Tulipa 'Batavia') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The blooms open in early to late spring in blue-pink tones with orange and red stripes. Plants reach about 26 inches tall, so the stems work well in a vase.

Pairs well with Mount Hood daffodil, Delphinium, and Angel Cheeks peony.
