Notes

'Beauty Secret' rose (Rosa 'Beauty Secret') is a shrub for borders, containers, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The tightly quilled, scarlet red petals are long and pointed, and the blooms are fragrant. Bees visit the flowers. Ralph S. Moore bred it in 1965.

Pairs well with False indigo, Sweet pepperbush, and Evening primrose.
