'Bella Vista' tulip (Tulipa 'Bella Vista') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The red-pink flowers open from early to late spring and stand about 12 inches tall. The outer petals carry a lemon yellow edge, and the leaves are mottled.
