'Beloved Bill' rose (Rosa 'Beloved Bill') is an upright shrub. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun. It bears pure red blooms with a light tea rose fragrance, in a classic florist style. The compact shrub has deep green leaves and reblooms through the season. Brad Jalbert bred it.
Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Gladiolus, and Blue flag.
