Notes

'Betty Mae' daffodil (Narcissus 'Betty Mae') is a bulb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its fragrant, star-shaped, brilliant yellow flowers open early on a dwarf plant. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Mrs B.J.Whillans bred it.

Pairs well with Greig's tulip, Kansas peony, and River birch.
