'Bijou' sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus 'Bijou') is an annual vine for borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It shrugs off cool spells and light frost, though a hard freeze will damage it. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. It grows at a rapid pace and has fragrant blooms. Flowers open in spring and again in summer, and butterflies visit them.

Pairs well with Sonja sunflower, Shock Wave Denim petunia, and Charm peony.
