Notes

'Bittern' daffodil (Narcissus 'Bittern') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant yellow flowers have an orange corona and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows 9 to 12 inches tall.

Pairs well with Spanish bluebell, Little Beauty tulip, and Christmas fern.
