Notes
'Bressingham Beeloved' coneflower (Echinacea purpurea 'Bressingham Beeloved') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, pollinator gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It blooms from early to late summer and draws butterflies, bees, and birds. It is drought tolerant and salt tolerant. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.
Pairs well with Indian Summer rudbeckia, Butterfly milkweed, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Indian grass.
