Notes

Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) is a vegetable for food gardens, borders, and annual beds. It is typically grown as an annual. Few crops handle cold as well, and with a little winter protection it grows on through light freezes. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and has blue green leaves. Yellow flowers draw bees and butterflies.

Pairs well with Cilantro, Borage, and Bright Lights Swiss chard.
