Notes
'Glamour Red' kale (Brassica oleracea 'Glamour Red') is a vegetable for borders, specimen planting, and food gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. Few crops handle cold as well, and with a little winter protection it grows on through light freezes. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It has an erect habit and grows at a moderate pace. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Scallion green onion, Berggarten sage, and Kent Beauty oregano.
