Notes

'Cavaliero' daffodil (Narcissus 'Cavaliero') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant yellow flowers have a frilled orange cup and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. P.D. Williams bred it.

Pairs well with Common blue violet, Karl Rosenfield peony, and Blue fescue.
