Notes

'Cherry Meidiland' rose (Rosa 'Cherry Meidiland') is a shrub for borders, hedges, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Red blend flowers open from early to late summer and attract bees. Alain A. Meilland bred it in 1994. It sets orange hips after the blooms fade.

Pairs well with Virginia sweetspire, Little bluestem, and Star Gazer lily.
