Notes

'Cornel Bronze' dahlia (Dahlia 'Cornel Bronze') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It blooms in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Keep pets away, since it is toxic to dogs and cats.

Pairs well with Black-eyed Susan, Montbretia, and Limelight hydrangea.
