Notes

'Coronation Gold' yarrow (Achillea 'Coronation Gold') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Yellow flowers appear in spring, summer, and autumn, and butterflies, bees, and birds visit them. The plant is fragrant and drought tolerant. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, Sedge, and Bobo hydrangea.
