Notes

'Desert Eve Terracotta' yarrow (Achillea 'Desert Eve Terracotta') is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and butterflies and bees visit the flowers. The leaves and blooms are fragrant, and the plant tolerates drought. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, Elijah Blue blue fescue, and Black Adder Bill Williams Mountain giant hyssop.
