Notes

'Cosmic Eye' tickseed (Coreopsis 'Cosmic Eye') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and blooms in early to late summer, then again in early to late autumn. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Coneflower, Blanket flower, Red-hot poker, and Feather reed grass.
