Notes

'Crimson Beauty' canna (Canna hybrida 'Crimson Beauty') is a perennial for borders, containers, accents, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. It grows 47 to 59 inches tall and blooms from early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Red-hot poker, Coneflower, Montbretia, and Ostrich fern.
