Notes

'Dearest' rose (Rosa 'Dearest') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The pink blend blooms are fragrant and open in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Alexander Dickson bred it in 1960.

Pairs well with Culver’s root, Ornamental onion, and Big bluestem.
