'Dorisa' Lenten rose (Helleborus 'Dorisa') is a perennial with double ivory white flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade. The blooms have dark red speckled centers and face outward and then nod on upright stems. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Bees and hummingbirds visit the flowers.
