Notes

'Elbjuwel' rose (Rosa 'Elbjuwel') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant, medium red flowers open in late spring, again in early to late summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the blooms. Alain Meilland bred it in 2012.

Pairs well with Culver’s root, Big bluestem, and Ornamental onion.
