'Entertainer' lily (Lilium 'Entertainer') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The dark purple-red flowers are fragrant and open from early to late summer. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms.
Pairs well with Ostfriesland sage, Lamb’s ear, and Globe thistle.
