'Fabritius' tulip (Tulipa 'Fabritius') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers are scarlet with a yellow base. They open from early to late spring and reach about 12 inches tall.
Pairs well with Mount Hood daffodil, Delphinium, and Little bluestem.
