'Final Touch' tulip (Tulipa 'Final Touch') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers open in early to late spring on stems about 20 inches tall. The outside of each bloom is red and fades lighter toward the edge. Inside, the petals are madder red with a white base edged in blue, and the anthers are greenish yellow.

Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Double Play Doozie spirea, and Indian grass.
