'Fire and Ice' dahlia (Dahlia 'Fire and Ice') is a bulb for cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and pots. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and dry soil. The white petals have bright red edges around a yellow center, and bees visit the blooms. Deer tend to pass it by. Protect it from winter wet, or lift and store it in a cool, dry, frost free spot.

Pairs well with Society garlic, Zinnia, and Bindweed.
