Notes

'Fireworks' begonia (Begonia 'Fireworks') is an evergreen perennial for borders, containers, and shade gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun to full shade and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It reaches about 12 inches tall and spreads 12 to 24 inches. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Its leaves stay on the plant through the seasons.

Pairs well with Southern shield fern, Blue star fern, and Impatiens.
