Notes

'Flame of Fire' rose (Rosa 'Flame of Fire') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, and containers, and it also works as a specimen. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows in a bushy shape with light green leaves. The orange-red to red flowers are fragrant, and bees visit them. Samuel McGredy II bred it in 1917.

Pairs well with Pink Hawaiian Coral peony, Ornamental onion, and Indian grass.
